Problem quality is not at all good.And it is not worth for this money.
Customer service at your shop is very bad.

The finishing is not so good. Even the colour is coming off even before using it. Even the hangings in the jhumka came off as soon as I took it out of the package. I thought that since they are making it on their own their products are at affordable price. But the quality, finishing and everything is poor.

I am writing this complaint because the necklace I received does not match the picture shown. The item has black stains on it, which makes it look defective. I requested a replacement from Shrishti Jewels, but my request was refused. I strongly believe that I have not received the quality of product that I paid for

Ordered for 2025 Onam. We hope it will arrive before 2026 Onam.
