budget jumka 1

Jhumka is good , in website it looks small.. but it's very big . I ordered thinking it to be small, but it's very heavy nd big , my ears couldn't bare the weight. I contacted shrishti for exchange of jhumka, but unfortunately no exchange, and I am at loss , now the jhumka is lying idle. A humble request to shrishti , please have an option for exchange/ return for other than damaged product, incase the product is not suiting the customer so that it benefits both sides.
