The product came broken. There is a connecting piece missing, which isn’t even in the package. It looks as if they sent a broken piece. I don’t reside in India and my aged mother who stays in India opened it and ofcourse didn’t make a unboxing video. So now they don’t trust us. Even when I have ordered for more than 10k in just last two weeks. My mother opened every one of them and nothing was broken. The fault isn’t on our side. If we really wanted to lie and scam would have done so already. The product is not even expensive so obviously I don’t mind but it just shows that they don’t value loyal customers. I am extremely disappointed. Will never order again.
